IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please follow instructions on appropriate use of 7scent candles.
- The first candle burn is the most important to extend the life of your candle. The top layer of the wax should melt to the edges on the first burn, up to 2 – 3 hours.
- Burn no longer than 4 hours at a time.
- Please keep candles and diffusers away from children, pets, wood and plastics.
- Consider snuffing the candle out rather than blowing it out.
- If unmelted wax should remain at the bottom of the candle that isn’t burning, once cool, you can scope it out into an oil burner or warmer, and this should release more scent.
Consider repurposing containers: 7scent purposefully makes products with containers that can be repurposed after use. Once the candle is finished, the container can be washed out with warm soapy water and used for storage.
Warmer Climates
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note natural candle wax has a low melting point. Please consider if you are shipping to a warmer climate to ensure that they are not left in the sun or a hot vehicle upon receiving your delivery. 7SCENT will endeavour to ship your candles with a responsible carrier to limit risk.

Generally returns are accepted within a 30-day period from date of purchase at the customer’s expense for any reason. For certain reasons, 7SCENT can provide other options such as credit or paid returns.
